Iam getting a missing file error how do I resoulve this?

This is a well-known non-problem with Norton's WinDoctor. It complains for
no good reason. See these pages from Symantec and Microsoft:
WinDoctor cannot fix the error "'C:\WINNT\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE' cannot
access a necessary file 'Gapi32.dll'"
