In BCM 2007 (on vista) when selecting accounts or double clicking on a link
to an account I experience the following error:

"Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine"

followed by:

"Cannot open this form because an error occurred"

From othe posts I have: cleared the outlook cache and added a new profile in
an attempt to fix this error. neither have resolved the problem The first
occurance was immediately after I installed the office sp1.

What i have since discovered is that in the list Tools>Forms>Choose Form> is
that there is no mention of an accounts form.

If this is the contributing error, could you please advise me of how to
import the accounts form or how to resolve this issue. Your urgent response
is appreciated as i cannot access any account information.

Thankyou

If you installed Office SP1, you must install BCM SP1.

Hi Luther,

Thanks for the reply. I Confirmed that the BCM SP1 was installed and tried
to run a repair without success. However I was able to run a repair from the
CD and all is well.

Thanks

Jared

I am having the exact same problem as Jared.
I am not able to access Business Projects, Accounts, Opportunities, or
Project Tasks.

So I should run this "repair from the CD?"

Hi Sarah,
Can you try cleaning the "Foms" folder in c:\document and
settings\userName\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft. There is also a help topic for this in
Bcm help.

Thanks

Less than useless information. It's like saying "You can find our product in
some grocery stores".
