Missing folder in Outlook 2007

I have been moving messages from my Inbox to sub-folders. I switched to IE
and when I switched back to Outlook one of my folders and its contents have
disappeared.

It's not in the Deleted Items folder and if I search for messages it says
they are in the folder I cannot see.

Can anyone help please?
