missing files

when i try to use my recovery disc i get this come up
c:\drivers\mcdbf\source1\oemsetup.exe and says its not
found. i also get this come up when windows has loaded in
c:\oemcust\tools\win32\winproc.vbs i cannot retrieve any
of these files please help.

Sorry, but no. For all assistance with OEM supplied software you must
contact your system manufacturer. Microsoft does not, will not and cannot
assist with OEM installations.
