When opening my d: I got the message something
like "incorrect system volume".
after a reboot a checkdisk was done.
On my d: drive I miss all my folders.
In disk managment it has 3gb, 1.8gb used, thats correct
So the data is still there but I can't see it.
I already checked my folders settings, but these seem to
be OK.
What can I do to

Can you access the drive and its files thorugh a DOS prompt? Try that first.

Go to disc management, right click on the drive and see if you can reactivate it, dont try to convert it, that loses your data, only do this if you have backed up. After reactivation the drive should be there again
