missing files?

I have no files in my FP program.

I click on Version folder - it displays bin.
Open bin - no files.

Can't get this prog to work.
Could I get a refund?

Prog not activated - says 35 attempts? left.

How are you trying to access FP once you have it installed?

You should have a desktop icon or it should be listed in under Office in
Start Menu | Programs | Office etc.
