Missing files in Temporary Internet Files Directory

After I watch a streaming movie file (not ra), I cannot find it in the
Temporary Internet Files. I used to be able to find it. Have I turned
off some feature that saves the files in my Temporary Internet Files
cache. Thanks for your help.

More likely the organization that streamed the video has taken steps to
prevent people from stealing their content.
