Missing Files and folders

I have a problem with FP2003 not showing all of the files and folders in my
website. I have checked with Windows explorer and the files and folders are
there but when I try to open them in FP they do not appear. Any suggestions
 
Folder that begin with a _vti, and others, will never appear in the FP client.

I am aware that the _folders do not appear. What I am talking about is a
folder like "howell_cemetery_files. and a file like howell_cemetery.html

Those are thicket folders and will never be viewable in FP.
