missing file

Norton Windoctor found the following error:
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MACROMED\FLASH\FLASH9b.ocx" missing key /file:
"CLSID\{1171A62F-OSD2-11D1-83FC-OOADC9089C5A}\INPROCSERVER32". nORTON COULD
NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM . iT INDICATED THE FILE MUST BE RESTORED MANUALLY. hOW
IS THAT ACCOMPLISHED?

Which is "missing"? The file or the Registy value?
(Probably the latter)
I suggest you ignore it and cease using Norton Witchdoctor.
