missing file: msvcp71.dll

I am trying to reinstall System Works, and I keep getting this error message.
Does anyone know what "msvcp71.dll" is and how can I fix it? I found similar
files, but can't locate this one.

To Brandon Taylor:
Look through some of the other discussions on the missing driver mcvcp71.dll
comes up a lot - - I went the download site, and downloaded and unzipped
using windows extraction program - - it automatically located the file - -
but, questions:
Does Window unzip work on this file, and where is the correct location?
