Missing file (dnsetw.mof)

I am trying to add the windows DNS server (via add windows components)
on Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition. I point it to 1386 folder
which has the contents and it cannot find it. i also searched the
entire machine for this file and could not find it. any ideas?
