missing file dcomx.exe

My computer says it has a missing or corrupted file
dcomx.exe which is messing up my computer. It also says
that I have a RPC Virus which causes this problem. Any
idea how to fix it or replace the file???

dcomx.exe seems to be something that you do not want to have.
The Backdoor component of Backdoor.IRC.Cirebot consists of the file Lolx.exe or
Dcomx.exe (26144 bytes).
