missing entry

I have now entered a file in my table twice, but can't get it to come up on
the form that we created. It's there, but it won't show up in the form. If
I delete the entry and add it into the table again it will show up, is this a
glitch in access?

Is your form based on a query or is the form filtered in some way? If
the record you entered does not meet the criteria of a query or filter,
it will never show on your form.

The form is based on a query and report, the file is entered in a table, it
will show up in the table but not in the form or the report. but if i delete
the record and re-enter it, it shows up. But this doesn't happen all the
time. Why would it not show up the 1st time but show up the 2nd time.
