Howdo I get it to appear. I want to view an email in Greek encoding. Thanks.

in
Greek appears in the main message window with funny characters because the
encoding is not right. Normally, I would go to the Format menu and under
the
Encoding submenu I would select Greek to view the text in the right
format.
But under the Format menu the Encoding option is missing.

Roady said:Instructions depend on your version of Outlook which you did not post. For
Outlook 2007 Encoding settings are under the Actions menu.
