Came accross a strange problem. I have a user who is not
receiving emails when they are sent to her using a
distribution group within Outlook 2002. The distribution
list is pulling her email from a contact that has been
created within Outlook. When a test email is sent to just
that contact or that contact and other contacts as well,
she receives the email. I had the sender remove her from
her distribution group and re-add her, and the test email
that was sent directly after worked...but then the problem
reoccurred. There are other people in this organization
that cannot send email to her via the same method...and
the distribution groups are not stored in a central point,
they are all local on each PC so the groups were not
created at the same time. Does anyone have any Ideas what
could be going on. I have even checked the mail server
but there are no bounced email messages coming through and
the SMTP Logs report everything fine.
