Missing DVD maker in Vista Enterprise

Hello,

My university has a Volume License agreement with Microsoft and we
have recently upgraded to Windows Vista. I was trying to locate the
Windows DVD Maker but I couldn't find it anywhere. I looked in the
Windows features but couldn't find it there either. I also searched
the Help but found no topics about it. The Windows version is the
Enterprise edition which is supposed to have all the features.

Can you please advise?

Enterprise does not have all the features, it has all the business features.
DVD Maker is included in Home Premium and Ultimate. Vista Ultimate is the
version that has all features. For a comparison chart of the features in
