missing drivers

I did a rollback on my system and somehow managed to lose my drivers for CD-RW and DVD drives. I'm getting an error 39
Drivers arent on PC i.e system 32 folder and I cant browse recovery disk to find them
Anysuggestions on how i can get them off disk et
