missing driver

On start up the message sytem root-system 32-drivers-
TSISTRM.SYS device driver could not be loaded displays.

What is this driver. I cannot connect to the internet
through my ethernet adapter at the moment and on startup
windows is telling me on an irrecgular basis that my hard
drives do not exist. Are these related to the above
driver?

Any suggestions appreciated.
