Windows XP Missing dll

Where may I find and copy to a CD this dll file?

My best guess is that it is an OS dll. I've loaded, reloaded and reloaded w/o being able to pull out that one particular dll;
AcGeneral.dll. My computer knows it's missing as when loading it comes up on the screen specifically naming this dll as "not found". My disk is scratched and I suspect that is the cause as I've even run it through a Disk Repair System and it's had no effect on the reloading ability of Win2KPro. I also suspect that this missing dll is the cause for my PC to crash after 12-18 months in use as this makes the fourth time this has happened and it always starts out with this missing dll.
