Missing DLL files

Does anyone know what the following DLL and CPL files relate to?

dimm.dll
hk10404.dll
hk10411.dll
hk10412.dll
hk10804.dll
and
input.cpl
input98.cpl

For example, try this for dimm.dll:

Tip: When a web search for a file name turns up few or no results, that
is often a sign that the file is associated with malware (but not always.)

No, actually I was hoping that someone from Microsoft or one of their MVP's
would get involed. I did search for them but need to know what collectively
they are connected with.
