I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium.
Every time i start my computer i get 3 messages pop up about missing .DLL files.
Can someone direct me to a site that might fix this problem without having to buy some program
Thanks

I have moved this to the Vista section :thumb:

It would help if you could let us know what DLL files the messages say are missing?

Matey can you take a feww screen shots of these errors and post them..? This way we could help you out....

not exactly sure how to get screenshot...
Window says is titled RunDLL
Here's exactly what it says:

Error loading C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\mlofefff.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Error loading C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\iifCsQij.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Error loading C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\hgGWqQiG.dll
The specified module could not be found.

There is no data regarding those DDL files that I can find, and the fact they are in your Temp folder would indicate they are probably remnants of malware or virus which has been removed.

I would go to your temp folder and delete them totally.

OK...how would i do this...i have chosen to delete temporary files as part of the Disk Cleanup process, but keep getting these recurring messages. I know enough about computers to do what i do (games and schoolwork), but don't know much of the technical stuff about them.

thanks for the help thus far
