Those random sounding dll names go hand-in-hand with your spyware problems.
You wouldn't want to download them, but rather remove the references to
them.

Another decent spyware removal product may do the trick for you, or if not
you may need to scan your registry manually yourself and remove any
references to them. Set System restore points if you try that route.

vista is pre installed on my pc,there will be a hot key for windows repairs/wipes,internet explorer doesn't work properly either,i think this down to me trying to view my phone bill online with bt,i tried opening a zip file without success the associated it with internet explorer, then the window kept opening and closing so fast it loked like it was flashing, that stopped with a reboot,my problems started today after turning on the pc

Reboot; tap F8 at startup, and go into Safe mode.

Run Spybot Search and Destroy again in Safe mode.
Also, run your Anti-virus while there.

No, no, no. You set the system restore point AFTER you've removed the
residual from the spyware. Restoring now will simply return the friggin'
malware.

Do a thorough check for malware, following all of the steps at one of these

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing programs like Messenger Plus,
whose ads for malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince
you that you owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.
