missing dll files in windows

I just purchased a new pc and am getting an error message
that I cannot access chat or cams, seems I have a missing
file named KDU_V32R.dll. Have tried various sites to
remedy this with no luck. Can anyone please advise me
what to do and where can I get this particular file.

A quick search reveals it is probably spyware related.
