Missing Disk Cleanup

When I open Disk Cleanup in Win 2000Pro, the window just remains at
"calculating" without ever progressing anything further. How can I fix this?

Do you see the same problem when booted to Safe Mode? Do you have any
disk-related applications installed? Are you seeing any other issues with
the computer?
