Missing Data

I have a table which is my data source for a report I
created. Each page on the report has 14 records sorted
alpha. When I open my report to review the print
preview, it shows that every other 14 records has been
picked up. This works out to every other printed page.
I am new to Access & don't understand why this is or how
to fix.

Also, it is possible to export a report from Access to
Publisher so that I can print in a book format?

TIA,
Susie

Are you sure it is ever other 14 records? Like 1-14 then 29-43 or is
it really 1-14 page with no data and then records 15-28?

If I am guessing right your report is a little wider than the printable
area of the paper in your printer, you need to make the report a little less
wide, look out for lines that you may not notice are as wide as you think.
