Missing data in bar chart from Excell spreadsheet using Powerpoint

When using Powerpoint, I've created a bar chart from an Excel Spreadsheet.
Some of the data I've entered in missing from the bar chart. It shows on the
Sheet 1 but does not show in the Chart 1 that is to appear in the slide. The
data entered is in the last row and are the last two enrries in the row.
 
In your Excel document, you to need to select the tab for the page that
contains the Chart 1. It appears that you're on the Sheet 1 page.
 
Which version of PPT are you using?

I don't have 2003 handy to check, but you need to right-click one of the
data series in the chart and choose Edit Data. (I believe that's what it is,
anyway.) This allows you to choose your data range....
