Missing/Corrupted ntoskrnl.exe

I was browsing the Internet one day and suddenly my PC
hanged and this message came out:

"Window 2000 root\System 32\ntoskrnl.exe is missing or
corrupted"

Eversince then, I can only use my PC for a while(abt 20
min) before it blackout again and again.

One day, I even got this message
"*** STOP:0x0000000A(0x452D1329, 0x00000002, 0x0000001,
0x80441913)

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** Address 80441913 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3d366b8b-
ntoskrnl.exe

Beginning dump of Physical memory"



HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!

- Run sfc.exe (System File Checker)
- Scan your PC with an up-to-date virus scanner
- Check your CPU fan. It it has failed, your CPU might overheat.
