missing contents of Administrative Tools, no Performance & Maintenance in CP

I'm running XP Pro 2.4Ghz,1GbRAM.
In Cont Panel, Administrative Tools has no content,
Properties reads 0. No Performance and Maintenance
listing in CP.
Any suggestions?

I found the solution in the Start>All
Programs>Accessories>Administrative Tools: I c&p'd into
the CP and now the CP shows it
Now to find Performance & Maintenance. (I show
Performance in the AT-is this the P of P&M?)
