I have a user who has never built an address book. He has simply typed in a person's email address in the To: field. Then the next time he sends a message to them Outlook remembers the address and auto fills the information. Does anyone know where those items are kept so that we can put them in an actual address book?

Hi,

The file you are referring to is a nickname list that is used by both the automatic name checking and the automatic completion features. Unfortunately, I don't believe you will
be able to transfer the information from this file to the address book.
