I just upgraded pc's and have successfully reinstalled Outlook 2003 and
copied my outlook 2003 pst file to the new pc (vista system).

I can see the complete contact list etc when on the main outlook page, so I
know I have pointed the program to the correct pst file.

but when I try to reply to an email, and wish to cc someone, I cannot view
the contacts that I know are there.

I think I went thru this once before when upgrading but forgot how to tell
the program to point to the right place for when accessing the contact list
from within an open email.

Can someone help please?

Am using Vista 64 bit.. control panel user accounts does not have a "mail"
option.

To explain a little more, I can see my contacts on the left side of the
outlook screen where the 'folders' are, so I know they are there, but when
sending an email, when I try select a contact, that particular feature is
blank.

You need to use 32bit control panel>classic view
