Missing CNAME record

When I promote a server to a domain controller in the
forest root,and configured it as a primary DNS server and
a domain controller it does not have the following record
for domain controller locator CNAME record for
DsaGuid._msdcs.ForestName. Can you helpplease?

Are the rest of the SRV records there? If so, did you configure the Primary
DNS Suffix to the domain name on the second DC before promoting it?
