missing cinemaster nt 4 driver for windows 2000

in my system hardware section this device is missing in
action or the driver is missing now, where do i get it
from to re-install. is it related to the ati card?

Probably. Some ATI cards shipped with Cinemaster's DVD
player. Check your driver CD.
