Missing blabla.msi file

Then I instaling some programs in WinXP Pro(but only new, which use Windows installer), i get a error, that blabla.msi file is missing o ocorrupt. But I see it in the temp dir. I think, that it's a Win Installer trouble, but how i can fix it? Reinstalling OS did nothing.
 
In my memory, Windows XP didn't have file blabla.msi
