hi,
I use powerpoint 2002 to create animation in the
powerpoint slides. When i view it using another computer
that has no powerpoint or an older version of powerpoint,
the animation is missing. How do i fix this? Is there a
separate program or plug in to view the animation ?

thanks
danta

If your going to send the presentation to people who have an earlier version of PowerPoint, or are just using the PowerPoint viewer. Before you create you presentation you need to click on Tools | Options | Edit | put check marks in the boxes under Disable new features

The current Viewer and PowerPoint 97 and 2000 do not support the animations
that are new in PowerPoint 2002. A new Viewer will be released in about 6
weeks that will support the animations. In the meantime, use Michael's
suggestion.
