Missing Address Toolbar

Just installed SP3 and now my Address Toolbar is missing in my Taskbar. When
right clicking on the Taskbar then Toolbars, Address is not listed. Toolbars
are not locked. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I use this feature all
the time.

I NEVER would have installed SP3 knowing that I would lose that address bar.
I created a System Restore point before installing SP3, can I roll back and
forget I even installed SP3? I really want that address bar back.

I had done a Google search and discovered the program, MuvEnum Address Bar.
I installed it and all is working perfectly.
Appreciate your help.
