After installing office 2002, I have problems with “contact persons” in
Outlook (PS I use a Danish ver. and I am not sure of the right English
word for “kontaktpersoner”)

It is ok to save incoming email addresses in the “contact persons” area,
but when I want to use the address book I get this message:

Couldn’t show the address list, the folder “contact persons”, witch is
connected to this address list, could not be opened………….

What have I done wrong? Or which folder do I have to create?

Regards Ebbe

Sounds like you may have a corrupted address book. You may need to remove and reinstall your
Outlook Address Book service.

Follow the steps in this article:
