Missing Address bar

My address bar does not show. Have tried view and check address bar and this did not work.

hey johnnie, perhaps your toolbars are locked and the address bar is
sort of pushed out of your view? go to view, toolbars and see if there
is a check next to "lock toolbars" if there is uncheck it and your
address toolbar in your IE should have sort of an embossed vertical bar
next to it.. place your mouse pointer over it until it changes to a two
way arrow , click and while left mouse button pressed, drag it out ... :)
