Missing Activation Key

I had bought a computer pre-loaded with windows home. Recentlyly my computer
crashed and I had used a Master CD that I I was adviced to create and to used
it whnever I had a crash or need to reformat my hard disk.had created, After
I had reformat my computer using the CD i could no locate the ICON on my
computer although I had triied to locate it at:

START--->ALL PROGRAMME--->Accessories--->System Tools---> icon Activate
Windows MISSING.

ANYONE THERE CAN HELP ME PLEASE. i AM VER VERY NEW TO COMPUTER.
