Misses characters when typing fast.

I don't see an IE7 discussion group yet, so I guess this is the best place
for questions.

I downloaded IE7 a few days ago. Since then, I've noticed that I can type
faster than it can read. Characters are missing from what I type. I told my
neighbor about IE7 a few days ago, so he downloaded it. He just called to
ask why it dropped characters. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, what
can be done about it.

(About a dozen characters had to be retyped in just this short message, and
I was going fairly slow.)

Same thing here. Compaq Presario IE 7.0.5730.11

I tried typing "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" in Notepad
without any trouble so it seems to affect IE only, but had to type my
password s-l-o-w-l-y, and typing this is tedious.

My daughter noticed the same thing on her computer and my company has told
its employees to not upgrade to IE7.
