mismen.exe has generated errors...(Microsoft Know. #258034

I have been having the above error occur since June in my Outlook Express e-mail system about 90% of the time when I send a message. I have preformed the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article #258034 numerous times without any luck. The complete error message states "mismn.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.", Then shows a Cancel button. If I hit the Cancel button, I lose all messages, addresses, everything. If I wait for the OK button. I lose about 3 minutes of precious time, but retain my e-mail information.
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
