1. If I format my harddisk and reinstall Frontpage 2002,
will I encounter problems with reactivating the product.

2. Am I allowed to load and activate Frontpage 2002 on my
laptop after activating it on my home P.C., or am I
required to purchase another copy of program.

You may have to use the telephone option

You do not need to purchase another copy but you will need to use the
telephone option
