Misaligned cartridge of HP Office Jet 6110 All-in-one

I have a problem of misaligned cartridge in HP Office Jet 6110
All-in-one.

The message said "Remove and check cartridge". I did that and it keeps
saying that.

This started happening when I replaced the cartridge the first time.
It has been solved once by following the instruction guided an HP
technical support during warranty period. It was workingand then
happened again within a week or two. By that time warranty expired and
I haven't bother to call HP support since it just takes forvere to get
soneone and mostly, they probbaly won't help with expired warranty
products.

Any help on this wil be appreciated.
 
Try unpluging the printer for 30 seconds then plug it back in and turn
the printer on.

I have tried that many times especialy since I moved and just now, I
switched it to a different surge protector. It doesn't work.
