I was setting my disks in Device Management. I had mirroed both the data and
OS drives. I receive a warning message that I have to modify the boot.ini
file in order to boot to the mirroed drived. How can I do this?

Also is it better to create a striped set or a mirroed drive for the data
drive?

Hi,

To edit boot.ini, please refer to following article:

311578 How To Edit the Boot.ini File in Windows 2000
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;311578

As well as, I think mirroed volumn will be OK since Striped volumes offer
the best performance of all volumes available in Windows 2000, but they do
not provide fault tolerance. If a disk in a striped volume fails, the data
in the entire volume is lost.

Thanks.
