Mirror

Please I need some help to make a mirror from some contents in my index.htm
while I'm updating it because i'm updating my index.htm 2 times per day so I
need a copy at the same time from these modification to be in another file
with another file name.

I often do much the same.

I use UltraEdit which will create an automatic backup copy when saving, so you always have the *last* saved copy. It will also open
as many files at once as you like, so you can have both copies open and paste from one to the other. Even when saving again, you are
permitted to keep the old version open.
