Just installed the latest version of this fine software and it is a great improvement over the last version. Runs just fine under Windows and Linux.
Can recomend these channels,

The Secret Policemans Ball -- Amnesty International stuff

The Concert Vodcast -- live music vids from the Paradiso

Open Source Cinema -- has the entire Flash Gordon series and loads of old movies

MP4 Movies (Public Domain) --- 341 items Betty Boop up to the present

Alex Maccise -- Some real gems in here.

Cpu usage seems pretty fair. Set it , choose, and forget it till later, then sit back and enjoy.

There are loads of channels some with really useful info too.

Spent an hour with it last night. Found ten channels that were of interest. Already downloaded 15 items. Five downloading now and am playing a video with the player and cpu usage between 15 and 20 %. It is neat as you can add your own RSS feeds to the channels with a little bit of tweaking.

The channel Linux.com over at Miro has some vids of Mandriva 2009 and Fedora 8 along with vids of some popular applications. Worth a look if you want to see before you try.
