Miocrosoft Access 2003 Security Issue?

I am using Microsoft Access 2003 for the first time in a long while. For
some reason when I try to open a database its asking be for a login and
password. So at first I thought the DB might ahve been password protected but
then when I tried to create a new DB from scratch it also asked me for a
login and password. Any suggestions on what is going on here? I can't seem
to use the application at all despite having a valid license and everything

You are currently joined to a workgroup where the default Admin user has a
password set. Remove the password, and you won't be prompted any more. To
fix this, please see the tip, "How to open databases and only be prompted
for User ID and password for the secure databases" on the following Web
