Very hard to scan on any of todays scanners.
I doubt that there is any good way to scan a strip.

I still use a KM-DSM II, despite its 1998-ish conception, for its MF film
holders and masks. Two of the masks have fences for 8mm and 16mm film.
I've used the 8mm mask for Minox and for 110 film. The 110 film wasn't
worth the fiddling with, but the Minox showed much sharper images. Even
5x7 cropped emlargements are bearable.

Minox Film seems to be a 8 mm X 11 mm format. So you are dealing with 8 mm
wide film. Very hard to scan on any of todays scanners.

I think Minox uses regular 16mm film. Other small
cameras of the same caliber do. 8mm x 11mm would
not fit on 8mm film because of the sprocket holes.

I believe you are correct, the 8mm X 11 mm is the frame size so the base
would be larger.

No, Minox uses 9.5mm film. 9.5mm was a movie film size which had
perforations down the middle, between the frames. Minox film has no
perforations.
