I got an used Minolta Dimage Scan Dual F4200 just as a present. Are
there any manuals or tests available?? Is it worth using it?

If there are any manuals you will find them here: It is likely that you have
the wrong model number. Double check the model number and brand. I find a
Dimage F200 Manual.
