why did the newsgroup tell that minlogon is not very much compatable
with cusom shell.cani get a brief on it.
I'm using minlogon.
Custom shell is our application. We are customizing our application so all
options can work on minlogon.
Like video resolution change, network configuration.
Adding missing support for power button, etc.
Custom shell should be made in way that you don't depend on control panel,
etc. This would defeat it purpose. User should be ignorant that he is
working in windows environment.
Minlogon is very beautiful best when you master it.
No users, no Internet explorer, very little or no services, only you and
machine
So the answer to your question is:
Custom shell should be compatible with minlogon, not a way around.
