Hey,
This is my first time on a barebones kit and I need some help. I
installed my memory, processor, optical drive, and hard drive but I'm
not sure if I should install a video card, because the jacks for all
of the video stuff is already on the outside of the machine. The model
is an MP915-X AOpen MiniPc. Any pointers?

According to the specs of your machine you have an integrated graphics card.
Just plug in the monitor when you've got everything else installed.
